Disclaimer

The information and tools provided on GPACal are intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Although every effort has been made to ensure that the calculators on this platform produce accurate results based on standard academic grading formulas, GPACal makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of these tools for any particular purpose.

Results generated by any calculator on GPACal do not constitute, represent, or replace official academic records. Your Grade Point Average, Cumulative GPA, or any other academic metric displayed on GPACal is an estimate based on the inputs you provide and the standard formulas we apply. Official GPA calculations are performed by your educational institution and may differ due to institutional policies, grading rounding rules, credit transfer norms, or other institutional factors not accounted for in our tools.

GPACal supports numerous grading systems from around the world, including the US 4.0 scale, UK degree classifications, Indian 10-point CGPA systems, and others. While we base our calculations on widely accepted academic standards, individual universities may use custom scales, modified grade point assignments, or policies that differ from our default configurations. We encourage users to cross-check results against their institution's official academic calculator or to consult with their academic advisor.

Nothing on GPACal should be interpreted as professional academic counseling, advising, or guidance. The calculators and articles on this platform are not a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified academic advisor, counselor, or educator. Before making significant academic decisions — such as changing majors, applying for scholarships, or evaluating academic standing — please consult your institution's academic resources.

GPACal explicitly disclaims any responsibility for outcomes related to scholarship applications, university admissions, program transfers, or employment decisions in which a GPACal-generated result was used as a primary factor. Always obtain and use the GPA figure provided by your institution's official records for any formal application or submission.
